Brighter Pathway's Stress Management Group is designed for individuals desiring to de-stress, manage negative emotions and implement positive mental health habits.

Over five weekly sessions participants will learn to cope more effectively with negative thoughts, positive behavioral changes and physical manifestations of mental stress using Cognitive Behavior Therapy strategies to gain healthier interpersonal skills and develop more positive ways of thinking and behavior.
